Daily Cleaning Program
At least twice a day the floor should be swept thoroughly with an electrostatic sweep mop. It is highly recommended in a school environment that the area be swept with the electrostatic sweep mop between classes.
It is important sweep mops are kept clean.
A good practice is to have one sweep mop for the users and a separate one for the cleaner with a spare set of replacement fringes for laundering.
Oil impregnation treatments for fringe mops is frowned upon as it may cause slip hazards and interfere with re-application of seal coats. If a fringe mop treatment is required then only use H20 Dustreat that is a water-based product.
Try to spot mop spillages as they occur - use only approved cleaning agents such as Axiom Sportclean.
